Our Carolina Style BBQ is slow smoked over hickory and oak hardwood coals. The slow cooking of the main course gives us plenty of time to prepare our incredible side items.
"Eastern or Lexington style barbecue" you ask? That's up to you and your guests. Your BBQ will be served in a simple sauce that lets the flavor of the hardwoods come through. A variety of sauces are served on the side so your guests can give their meal a little kick!
All meals come with disposable plates, napkins and utensils, but never a "service charge". Free delivery and set-up on qualified orders.
